1) Complete the complaint process

2) Review all submitted data

3) Provide supporting documents if they exist and not resort to defamation and use of inappropriate language

4) The complaint will be processed within 3 business days

5) If you do not respond to all communications and inquiries during the follow-up period, the complaint will be closed

6) The school has the right to demand rehabilitation in the event of incorrect documents or compromising the integrity and ethics of the school staff

7) The move to the next step is a confirmation of the previous steps, and therefore the responsibility for the above is assumed

8) All complaints submitted in the system will be presented to the school directly, except behavioral problems, curricula or exams
